Thank You Mom & Dad

To all you Mom’s Dad’s, soon to be and Want to be Parent’s out there! Happy Mother’s& Father’s day!!! (Now we know your secret, Your Super!)

This Weekend and Until Father’s Day  is special,  because of our wonderful Mothers who gave birth to us, Dad’s who have raised us:  -and- or- to the Parent who was placed in your life to look after you!  It is important we take the time and look back at to see all they did for you, and appreciate them, along with their effort; Even if you do not understand their actions.

The Bible (which I see as truth and my guide)  calls for us as Children to respect them. Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.Ephesians 6:1 KJV Don’t stop reading because I have bible verses , It is important no matter who you are or what religion/ Faith  you are to obey and respect your parents..  But it is a pleasure to appreciate and celebrate them!!!
In the old days if a child disobeyed they were taken out of the city and stoned, to death…. Eek!  And they say Spanking is harsh?

The Bible can be hash, especially in the Old Testament. Thank you Lord, for The new testament and Jesus’s blood that frees us fro, the law.. (John 3:16) If you can’t respect your parents who will you respect?? I believe it is a foundation we were given, so we can know who is Boss over us and once we respect someone we can learn from them.. Do you lean anything from anyone you don’t respect??? I don’t so I doubt others will.. Not all parents are respectable, some parents are horrid to their children and I feel they should not be allowed to be parents… I’m not talking about grounding or strict rules.. I’m talking about the ones who molest, beat, and play bad mind games, with their children. No parent should abuse their child in any way, shape or form..  If you have or had a parent like that I am so sorry..  You are a blessing! But if you have good parents great parent’s no matter what age you are, You are blessed more then you may realize. Without my parents I know I would have turned out to be some one other then who I am.. I was a rebellious teen, and child. My rules my way! But When I realized how lucky I was I stared to be obedient… It is never too late to appreciate what you have! There are so many I know who have lost a mother or a father to young, and it leaves a huge hole in their hearts, and life… A “Parent” is God’s special gift to His children. We are to look at God like a Father, but if we have not had a father it can be hard to grasp…  A different story for a different day..

Now parents, usually both work to give us not only a roof over our heads, and food on the table and love.. They do so much more for us. They give us phones, computers, games, Tv’s, cars etc. You’re so lucky If you have parents who can afford that stuff,  or allow those things. As an adult it they don’t stop loving you or helping you. They expect more from you but their help extends sometimes to mortgages, cloths, babysitting, referrals, jobs, medical bills, and much more…  Take some time and really think about what your parents, guardian, or role model has done for you. Life is far from easy,  but I feel so blessed to have such wonderful parents who are not only awesome role moles but awesome people who set a standard, and raise the bar.  The lead the way and helped me lean who I am and what I want to do. They pushed, and pulled, and always loved..  If you wanna be a patent or soon to be one, you should know and strive to be a good one! One who will set a good example to your children, even if your parents were not one for you. You can start anew. Make a decision who you want to be, and what example you want to set as a parent and work at it. ❤ You can do it!!! And every one will be blessed by your efforts!! It is not easy, it is not always fun to set a standard… But it is so worth it when you see people responding and following your examples.. You don’t have to be perfect, but be responsible…

God bless you Parents!!!  We children are so lucky to have you!  I pray, one day I too can share the joys and hardships of being a mother!

I could easily write a book on this topic but I’ll leave you with some verses..

  • Proverbs 6:20 My son, keep your father’s commands and do not forsake your mother’s teaching.
  •  Proverbs 13:24 ESV Whoever spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is diligent to discipline him.
  • Deuteronomy 21:18  If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and will not listen to them when they discipline him,
  • Proverbs 23:22 Listen to your father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.
  • Colossians 3:20 Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

Exodus 21:15 ESV “Whoever strikes his father or his mother shall be put to death.

Deuteronomy 21:18-21 ESV“If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and, though they discipline him, will not listen to them, then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city at the gate of the place where he lives, and they shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This our son is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’ Then all the men of the city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

Living a Miracle Life..

My Miracle Life.. God’s Unfailing Love.

Where do I start. I guess at the beging. I was born with Trunkis Arteriosis. (1) I was sent home to die, but lived to be 7months. So a dr, did a experiment surgery on me. He said I would need to have surgery every 2 years for updates. (2) However I didn’t need one till I was 12. They put in hemograh valves. (using pig tissue) During surgery the heart and lung machine failed for a few seconds and I had a major stoke. I had burst blood vessels on all four lobes of my brain. I was declared brain dead. They said if I ever woke up I would be paralyzed. My liver shut down, and I was not breathing on my own. I had my family and friends praying over me. My mom was reading bible verses over me and two weeks latter she read. “The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy. But I have come to bring life and to bring it Abundantly. John 10:10” I opened my eyes. My mom was in happy shock, then she asked me if she wanted me to read more bible verses that I liked, if yes to squeeze her hand. And I did. I had a full recovery after being brain dead and in a coma for two weeks. The neurologist never came back to see me he did not want to admit it happened. He wrote in my official record “To every one’s surprise she awoke.” (3) I was great till I was 17 when they found your body rejects certain tissues as a teen. So they decided I needed another surgery. This time they rebuilt my heart with donated tissue. I was the 3rd person in the world to have this done. During recovery I caught (R.D.S.) repository distress syndrome and one of my lungs collapsed. They decided that I should be put in an artificial coma to recover. it took almost 2 moths. I woke up on Christmas eve. (Christmas has since been extremely important to me.) They said I would never fully recover from that, but I have been fine. (4) It was my 20th birthday, I had a new car, redone. I was going on a road trip. My engine suddenly died and I was able to pull over to the side of the road. My friend volunteered to get out and look while I the rest of us the car. I heard “Get out of the car, it is on fire.” So I told every one to get out. And there was a gas leak dripping on to the eghast. The car burst int to flames almost as soon as we got out. Thankfully a semi truck had seen the fire under my car, and had called the fire department before we had even pulled over. We were all ok. (Strangely the tile and other important papers in the car were not damaged. (5) I forget the exact year I was about twenty three, and I was having bad pains for several moths. One day while driving I was in a car accident. And my pains were still there. I had just moved and went to a new dr. The dr said it was my gallbladder, and I needed it out immediately. Thanks to that surgery they found internal bleeding which had developed from the car accident. That there were no common sings too. (6) And most recent, I was about 25 on a generic brand of blood thinner. And I started feeling weird, lost control of my mortar skills in my hand. I told my sister to take me to the hospital. I told the woman I was having a stoke. She didn’t believe me at first. So I started praying out loud. Suddenly I started loosing my speech too. So she knew I was not lying and I was rushed back. They told me I had suffered another major stroke.  I am one of the rare pople that the generic brand does not work on.  I fully recovered within 5days. I from that day on I promised God, that I would tell others of what he has done for me. No one understood how or why I recovered so fast when I really should not have.

But I know it is because God takes care of his children. Which I have been reminded of recently. So that is my story.. And I am writing a more detailed version in a book. Feel free to tell others if you like.
Psalms 1o4 is a good chapter reminding us who God is and that cares for us, down to the littlest detail.

1Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. 2Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: 3Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: 4Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: 5Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. 6Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains. 7At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away. 8They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them. 9Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.10He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills. 11They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst. 12By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches. 13He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works. 14He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth; 15And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart. 16The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted; 17Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house. 18The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies. 19He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down. 20Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth. 21The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God. 22The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens. 23Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening. 24O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches. 25So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts. 26There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein. 27These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season. 28That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good. 29Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. 30Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth. 31The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works. 32He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke. 33I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. 34My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD. 35Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
