Hello Everyone,

This year has been hard for me, yet I’ve been blessed! So much has happened and changed since last Christmas. This year there seems to be something missing. I can’t put my finger on what it is. There is for sure a cloud of depression hanging over people too. But I am staying thankful. I am making a effort to spread cheer and love. Along with the reason for the season. Keep in mind Christmas only comes once a year. But it lives in my heart year round. Choose not to let the little things get to you. I know this time of year brings back bad and good memories for all. I want to encourage you to focus on the good. Have regrets? Everyone does. But… Every day is a new day bringing new chances and choices. Don’t wait for the new year resolution to change. Do it now… So you can be happy sooner. ♥ I know I make it sound so easy. But I know that it is not. I truly believe that if you look you can find reasons to be happy. Complain less and smile more… Every thing worth doing – takes effort! Learn to appreciate each opportunity to make a choice as they arrive.

Yesterday and Tomorrow – We need you!

That doesn’t make us weak, w all face struggles and sometimes they are harder then other days. I hope this post helps encourage you today and when you need.

My family and I  believe it is good to have Bible verses, and encouragement around the house when we deal with struggles and everyday life. Do you do the same?  —Sometimes songs speak to your heart more than anything. They put words to the feeling you are having, and can often be prayers and encouragement, when we know not what to say or do. Especially during the hard times each of us face in life.

 

 

God is so good! He answers our prayers! He is a good God! He is love! (John 10 : 10 ) Thank you for everything Lord Jesus and for restoration and health of my loved ones!

Remembering the Victims.

Theses crimes are sick, and un-American. We need to unite not pull apart. I can not express the pain I feel for all those killed in Orlando the past two days. Orlando was a huge part of my life for many years. It feels like my home was invaded. The singer Christina Grimmie, and the 50 people in the club. Those crimes are not ok and not acceptable! I cannot comprehend the thought of those who think and act on such feelings. So what if someone is different than you? A life is a life. ♥Mark 12:31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” ♥Luke 6:35 – But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the un-thankful and [to] the evil.

My heart goes out to all who lost loved ones. I pray that my friend Anthony was not one who was killed. It was not a act of religion. America is like a sweater with some loose fringes. Don’t pull on those, instead pull out your sewing kit and mend it. Stand together, Love one another! Anyone who truly knows God’s love could never do something like that. ♥1 John 4:8 – He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.  No one is perfect, we all have faults and weaknesses, we all Sin ♥Romans3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. ♥John 10:10- The devil comes to Steal; Kill; and Destroy; but I (Jesus) come to bring Life and to bring it Abundantly! That’s why we need Jesus.

I can not help but wonder how many people who died knew that they were loved?

♥John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

♥Jeremiah 31:3 – The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, [saying], Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

♥Ephesians 2:8 -10 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. (Amen)

♥Romans 10 :9-10 If you say with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved from the punishment of sin.

I lost it!!!

The flash drive with  #DeeplyRootedInHimbook and some other books  I am working on were lost! I am really upset I  lost my updated draft of the book “Deeply Rooted in Him”  and its is still missing. It looks like I need to read write the twenty thousand words, I lost. I will get back to the computer and keyboard this week. 😊 I am still praying that it turns up. But I can’t wait any longer. I want to get this book done by the end of the year once and for all. I am so sorry It has taken so long. I bet you are sick of me saying I am sorry. Gods Order Not mine

I have been posting so much on my other pages, I didn’t want to over load you by posting here too… But I want you to know I am taking time to get Closer to God. Deepening my roots and looking for guidance in what seems like a hurried year so far… My order of how things happen are not God’s and I am trusting Him with His perfect timing.. Although I am human and I question a lot of what His will and purpose is, in some things. I know God has my best interest at heart, as He does yours.. Jeremiah 29:11💕 I want more then anything to be God’s vessel and be in His will and plans always. I wish to help others grow their faith as well. I would not be here I believe whole heatedly if not for God”s hand in my life. So Dig in deep and don’t let hard times waver your walk of faith. Find fellow believers, a good christian radio station, A pastor online or in person.. Joesph Prince, Kenneth Copland, Gloria Copland, Joyce Myer, Kenneth Hagen, and John Haggee, are some of my favorite Big names.. I love you all with a Christ Love My fellow Family though Christ… You are not alone, God is always with you! You are awesome! You are uniquely made and created by our Father God who doesn’t fail at making anything…. He didn’t fail with You. You are His Beloved child, Ask Him to Show you how He sees you… Look for the joy and beauty surrounding you. Acknowledge no one else could be a better you, you have gifts and talents are truly unique to you, and even if you do’t see it You effect and affect everyone you meet… If you were gone tomorrow There are people who will miss you. Don’t take your life for granted!!! Every day is a true Gift and treasure from God to you… Even if it it is a hard one, and your hurting… -Hugs

Ugh I lost It….

💔Ugh….. I have some bad news… I have my updated book of “Deeply Rooted In Him” on a flash drive. Which I was carrying with me so I could work on it whenever I had the time… Which was working out awesome, I was getting a lot done. Until – Yep I lost it. Friday! I kept thinking I needed to sent it to my editor Sara and save a back up copy of the updated version but I kept forgetting.  Please pray with me that it shows up somewhere. I am hoping I put it somewhere and just am forgetting where… Thanks. I am sorry.That was very irresponsible of me! 💔

The Closer I get…

The closer I get to finishing the book the more nervous I get. I want so bad to get this right. Writing this is a: faith, mental, physical, and emotional battle… I keep praying about what to do when it is done and where to publish. I have yet to hear an answer. However I am sure when the time comes I will!  I need to finish it first and go from there… It may be an e-book before a print book.   I just hope all who read it will find something helpful in there… That is what keeps me writing… Well that and  the fact God has laid it heavily in my heart! #DeeplyRootedinHim #AmyJaneSandberg #DeeplyRootedInHimbook

You need a”War Room”!

Since I was a child I was raised to go into a room and pray hard.  My mother had designed and built our home from age 12 until I moved to collage. up with a prayer room.  It was the size of a walk in closet large enough for a chair and a small table, with a window.  It is so easy to forget how important prayers are. It’s our line of communication to God. God even tells us where we should be praying in the Bible.

 

5 “And when you come before God, don’t turn that into a theatrical production either. All these people making a regular show out of their prayers, hoping for stardom! Do you think God sits in a box seat? 6 “Here’s what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won’t be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace. 7-8

“The world is full of so-called prayer warriors who are prayer-ignorant. They’re full of formulas and programs and advice, peddling techniques for getting what you want from God. Don’t fall for that nonsense. This is your Father you are dealing with, and he knows better than you what you need. With a God like this loving you, you can pray very simply. Like this: ~Mathew 6:5-8 (msg)

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. For me when I do so I see doors open that were closed, and anointing that I have never felt before…   If you don’t have a War room you need to get one. It doesn’t have to be a closet. For me it is my entire apartment. For one sister its her Kitchen, for my other sister its her car.. You make do with what you have…    No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. ~Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)
